Privacy Policy

• Gopalan sports Centre is not responsible of personal injury resulting from negligent, reckless or irresponsible use of their grounds and facilities and/or a participant’s negligent.
• Gopalan sports Centre are not liable for any damages to vehicles of participants while they are parked on its premises.
• GSC not liable for any loss of personal property or valuables that the participants choose to bring with them.
• Parents are not allowed during training sessions.
• Payments should be done through QR code only.
• GSC has the right to refuse registration on its programs, as well as the right to terminate registration at will and without prior notice.
• Parents should meet the coach in the presence of GM-Sports. If participates are not feeling well, they must stay at home.
• Participants not attending the training sessions for any reasons, GSC will not accommodate any further classes.
• GSC will not entertain participants without any payments.
• All payments are Nontransferable and Nonrefundable under any circumstances.

I hereby affirm that the above information is true and correct, and that I have read and agree to the aforementioned terms and the “Rules and Regulations” of the Sports program regulated by GSC.
