Here at GGTE program emphasis placed on building strength, coordination and self-confidence by using modified gymnastics apparatus designed for the preschooler. Acrobatic Gymnastic: Acrobatic Gymnastics is a spectacular sport for people who want to share the thrill of performing balances, flips and twists with their friends. While other gymnasts might handstand on the bars or beam, acrobats find themselves balancing on their team mate's feet, hands or shoulders. With roles as tops, middles or bases, there is a place for everyone in Acrobatic Gymnastics.
Aerobics Gymnastic combines gymnastics skills with dance in a fast-paced, fun and energetic gym sport. Performing to music, the gymnasts perform high intensive, continuous movements, utilising strength, flexibility and agility. Aerobic Gymnastics can be performed as a solo gymnast or with friends, both providing for a highly entertaining and crowd-engaging sport!
Artistic gymnastics is a beautifully elegant form of gymnastics to train for, whether you are an experienced performer or taking your first steps in the sport. Whatever your age and ability, it is easy to get started on Gymnastics.

There are no hard and fast rules with regards to the right age to start gymnastics. Even gymnastics do not have rigid age limits. Some have classes for children as young as 3 years, and some start from 5 or 12 years.
